425 Business Journal Profiles DFL

1/15/2018

425 Business Journal's Todd Mathhews spoke with DFL Executive Director Jason Pace about why DFL uses video games to prepare students for careers in the technology industry, and why it's important that students from diverse backgrounds aren't forced leave their identities at the door when they get hired.

"According to Pace, it’s not enough to focus on external markers such as, say, women or individuals of diverse ethnicity when talking about more diversity in tech. The problem is more about the industry’s infrastructure."
